Absolutely brilliant service. Very professional very affordable. My car was too low with the suspension being snapped so had to go above and beyond to get it on the trailer. Great bloke

Thanks for your service today quick and reliable and gets jobs done safely and correct and for the price can’t go wrong deffo keep for future arrived with in the hour well recommend

Very professional, very reasonable prices and a top fella. Highly recommend! 🙂

Don’t worry that he’s got a new company—he’s legit and absolutely the best person for the job. He did the work far cheaper than any competitor, with 100% more professionalism. When my car was delivered (bought from Copart), it wasn’t starting up. He spent over an hour helping me get it running, even though that wasn’t part of his job. Super punctual and a genuinely respectable guy—give him a call and get a quote, no harm in that.I was nervous hiring someone I wouldn’t be meeting in person or accompanying during the car pickup—thought someone could just take off with it. But I’m really glad I went with Terry Tow and Go. Even with Copart making the booking and pickup difficult, he went above and beyond to sort everything out.

Brilliant Service , really could not fault this guys attitude, nothing is a problem !!

Terry was absolutely brilliant. Came and saved us at a moments notice and got us straight back to safety in no time. Lovely bloke, very generously priced and excellent service - can't recommend him highly enough!

Thank you so much, I can’t recommend you enough. Terry’s Tow & Go Recovery is brilliant, reliable and he looks after his customer, you need a tow contact Terry as he won’t rip you off, he’s genuine and trustworthy.

Terrys help today has been absolutely phenomenal. This morning my partners car needed recovered due to being crashed into and Terry was there within 30 minutes. His price to recover was great and most definitely reasonable he stayed behind and ensured the car was where it needed to be for repairs before leaving. Furthermore, I’ve had a similar accident tonight with a burst tyre, Terry was there as soon as he could get there and got the car recovered and dropped off at the place to be fixed within the half hour. Can’t thank and recommend Terry enough!!

Extremely affordable and such a lovely, genuine man! I would recommend Terry to anyone for recovery of vehicles. He is 24 hour and always answers the phone so he is very reliable too.

What a nice chap! From first contact to car being dropped off outside my house a few hours later at 9pm on a Sunday, an absolutely faultless and reliable service. 10/10.

Terry collected my freshly imported Japanese import vehicle from Newcastle docks and delivered it to me down in Warrington. Lovely guy and delivered with the upmost professionalism. Would 100% use again. Thanks Terry! 🙂

Terry collected our vehicle, my wife and I in Alnwick Northumberland and took us to Solihull West Midlands, most pleasant and helpful man from the time we first contacted him. Terry provides a 5 star 1st class service. We certainly would have no hesitation in recommending him and his company.

Terry towed my vehicle home and provided excellent service from start to finish. He was prompt, straightforward, and a pleasure to speak with! Highly recommend for his reliability and affordability.

Unbeatable service and pricesI called Jerry out at 3am in the morning as I had gotten my car stuck in some mudJerry was there in no time and very skillfully towed me out and escorted me back to safer roadsWould highly recommend Jerry for any and all of your towing\recovery needs

Phoned Terry after being let down by the aa came with in 20 minutes and was an absolute saviour and legend, my only regret I didn’t ring him earlier, would defo recommend what a top bloke, thanks mate you defo saved my bacon and prices are extremely reasonable in fact a lot cheaper than the rest

Cannot thank this man enough for recovering me and my partner from Newcastle to Wakefield on a Sunday, £300 pound cheaper than the AA and was with myself within 30 minutes of calling, definitely recommend👍🏼

Absolute legend. Recovered 40 miles about an hour after call. Had job completed in the same time frame. Came in at half the price of the comparison sites and a local lad. Absolute gentleman. Updates and photos with collection and drop off. Wasnt able to be there and he truly handled it all. Would I use again? Without hesitation!!! Thank you Terry. Really, thank you.

Here’s a polished Google review version of your message:⸻⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I’m extremely happy with the service I received. The response time was incredibly quick, and was very friendly and went above and beyond to help.It wasn’t an easy job as the wheel was buckled and turning in the opposite direction to the other one, but Terry managed to sort it without any issues.I honestly couldn’t recommend Terry highly enough. I’ll definitely be returning if I need anything in the future.Thank you so much for the fantastic service!

Terry, what a pro and what a lovely man. Terry got back to me quickly, gave me a fair price and then drove through the night from Newcastle to the south east to deliver my Bongo safely. Had a cup of coffee with him overlooking the sea. Thanks Terry.

I am super impressed with the service I revieved tonight.Unfortunately had an accident and called Terry at 11pm. He quoted for the job on the phone and showed up within 30 minutes, lovey guy, very proffessional, and extremely well priced. Very skilled too as the car wouldnt drive in a straight line yet he had it on the trailer in no time.Hopefully i wont need to, but if i do need another tow this is the first call i will make. Thanks again!

Was very pleased with this service. After braking down on my way home, I called Tow and Go, and was amazed at how fast, officiant and affordable Terry's service was. Will definitely use again if need to and would 100% recommend!

A real professional. If you're looking for a car recovery service that is professional and trustworthy, this is the one to call! Expert handling and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended for his reliability and excellent service! 🚗🔧 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very fair pricing and turned up on time. Greatly appreciated / will use again

Very professional and very cheap. Forget your RAC or green flag. Terry goes above and beyond to get you where you need to be. 5 stars isn’t enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

After the front spring had snapped on my car and it couldn't be driven i had a dilemma, I rang around a few mobile mechanics who wanted to charge the earth to fix it where it was, then I found tow & go who towed me to my own local trusted mechanic who could fix it for a fraction of the price quoted.
Tow & go were very reasonably priced
Terry turned up exactly the time he said he would and was very professional and courteous loaded my car taking care as it was sitting lower than usual and delivered it to the garage.
Thanks alot terry you've saved me a fortune and I wouldn't hesitate to use you again if needed.
